How to use:

• Slice: Turn the big knob and select the thickness you want (0.5-8mm).
• Juliennes: Rotate the left small knob and the right small knob 360 degree respectively, then press back into the knob slot. The large knob is recommended to be adjusted between 0-4 level.
• Strips: Rotate the left small knob 360 degree then press back into the knob slot. The large knob is recommended to be adjusted between 4-8 level.
• Thick Dices: Rotate the left small knob 360 degree clockwise and press it back into the knob slot.
• Fine Dices: Rotate the left and right small knob 360 degree clockwise and press it back into the knob slot.
